What I liked about Webhost.UK.Net ?

Webhost.uk.net’s service has been top notch so far. Me as well as our clients love the speed of the websites, the uptime, the support (live chat and email support), and the free addons that come along with their packages. Being from an Asian country, it is not always possible for me to call them, but their live chat agent especially Abbie, Daniel, William, Rachel are always there to help you out on their toes.
Their servers are not overloaded and since I get access to server stats from my reseller WHM, whenever I have tried to monitor their server performance, it has always been below the normal server resource usage limits in terms of server loads, memory usage and disk space usage.
Earlier I was with their business shared hosting plan, however as our requirements grew, thought its better to upgrade to their reseller web hosting plans. As far as pricing is concerned it is quite fair; I even got a nice discount while upgrading to reseller plan using a coupon found on WHT.
The only things that concern me is that whenever I request their support to help me out with third party script installations and if the staff change their shifts, I have to repeat myself again from scratch to the new operator. Though this is something not their fault, however they should develop some kind of live chat system that helps them to view my previous history.. However, overall their services including support have been rock solid and as fast as ever.
Something that I would like to mention about webhost.uk.net is that the entire team and management is humble and kind when dealing with clients. They are always there to help you with the best solution no matter if you are a shared client or client with bigger package such as reseller or vps server.
